RACE 3 / Chiba
26 - 27 May

The Land of the Rising Sun gets set for another round of pure motorsport competition

The skies above Chiba will once again become a motorsports battleground, when the home of Samurai welcomes back the Red Bull Air Race for the fourth time. As a modern centre of technological innovation with a strong cultural heritage, the city perfectly captures the essence of the World Championship. Chiba has seen sell-out crowds since it first hosted the World Championship in 2015. Last season, Yoshi Muroya pulled off a stunning victory in front of a home-crowd when he took the race win, setting the Japanese pilot on a course to the 2017 World Champion title.
